Birthday give away: London Library Membership

In celebration of her 38th birthday, Jessie Burton, multi-million copy bestselling author, is giving away a year-long London Library membership to three unpublished and unagented writers, one from each of the following categories:

1.     16-27 years age group

2.     28-45 years age group

3.     45+ age group

In the subject line, please indicate which age group of membership you are applying for. Membership will begin from 1st October 2020 and continue for 12 months. Please apply according to what your age will be on 1st September 2020.

You proposal should include:

Some words about yourself, how you came to writing etc (max 1000 words)

Whether you are working on a piece of fiction or non-fiction

Details of that work and why the membership would be a help for you (max 1000 words)

Membership will include online access to all of the library’s journals and papers, and all loans can be dispatched by post if necessary, so you don’t need to be London-based to take advantage of this.

The deadline for applications is Sunday 20th September at 20:00 BST.
