Books in the Media

The past week saw lots of our fabulous authors in the media...

The Washington Post has listed Krystle Zara Appiah’s ROOTLESS in their Top 10 ‘noteworthy books’ to read in March. The i also featured it in their article on ‘the best new books in March 2023’, both in their online and print paper, and describe it as “A heart-breaking tale about motherhood and freedom”.

Robert Gold’s new novel, ELEVEN LIARS, will be reviewed in the April issue of Woman & Home by Books Editor, Zoe West, who writes that “This compelling tale leaves you wanting more.”

Jane Hennigan’s MOTHS was reviewed by the Financial Times in a piece called ‘Best new sci-fi books — aliens, AI science gone awry’. “Moths, originally self-published, is ingenious in the way it takes the toxic masculinity theme of The Handmaid’s Tale and flips it on its head…It’s a disquieting read, and all the better for it.”
