Content Superba acquires rights to Nell Pattison’s Paige Northwood series

Content Superba, through its joint venture with Endeavor Content, has acquired rights to the Paige Northwood book series by Nell Pattison, starting with THE SILENT HOUSE, from Kristina Moore at Anonymous Content on behalf of Juliet Mushens at Mushens Entertainment.

The book series from deaf author and teacher Nell Pattison explores the deaf community through a chilling crime and a complex protagonist caught between the deaf and hearing communities.

In 2019, Joel Stillerman, former president of original content at AMC and The Sundance Channel, and Chief Content Officer at Hulu, launched Content Superba, a Los Angeles-based TV production company. Stillerman joined Hulu after nearly a decade at AMC Networks, most recently as President of Original Programming and Development for AMC and SundanceTV, a position he held since June 2015. As head of original programming for AMC, which he joined in 2008, he oversaw the development and production of such original series as The Walking Dead, Talking Dead, Hell On Wheels, Better Call Saul, Fear The Walking Dead, Into The Badlands and The Night Manager and also shepherded the runs of the Emmy-winning Mad Men and Breaking Bad.

Since its formation in 2017, Endeavor Content has financed, packaged or sold more than 100 premium shows and films, including The Night Manager, Normal People, The Young Pope, La La Land, and Killing Eve.

Nell Pattison’s novels in the series are The Silent House, Silent Night, and The Silent Suspect (released on 29th April). All three novels were published by Avon, and The Silent House was a USA Today bestseller.
