The Bookseller has released its annual list of the 150 most influential people in publishing and Juliet Mushens has been named and featured on its cover alongside others. The list began in 2009 and celebrates movers, shakers and innovators in the industry and celebrates agents, publishers, designers, trade bodies, booksellers, authors and many more individuals across publishing.

In choosing Juliet, The Bookseller writes of her success during the first year of Mushens Entertainment, “She has struck a number of six-figure deals for débuts, but her biggest coup was the success of client Richard Osman's The Thursday Murder Club, the fastest-selling adult crime début since BookScan records began. Mushens has negotiated a deal with Viking for two more books in the series, and Steven Spielberg's production company snapped up film rights.”

More information on the 150 and full list can be found here.

Congratulations Juliet!
