Several Mushens Entertainment authors and agent Juliet Mushens have contributed lots to the charity auction Books for Ukraine.

Money raised will go to British-Ukrainian Aid, which “offers assistance to vulnerable individuals who have been physically, mentally or socially disadvantaged, including the injured and wounded, orphaned children, elderly people, internally displaced persons, refugees and families who have lost their main earners”. The auction was organised by agent Hayley Steed and the total raised has so far surpassed £40,000, with bidding open until midday on Monday 20 March.

• A signed copy of Pandora by Susan Stokes-Chapman, plus merchandise

• An exclusive signed, dedicated proof of Meredith, Alone by Claire Alexander, plus name a character in her next book

• Written critique of a cover letter and the first 25 pages of a novel (YA or adult) from Juliet Mushens

• A signed, dedicated proof copy of Jessie Burton’s new novel, The House of Fortune, the sequel to her bestselling debut, The Miniaturist
